1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using JobPortal.pk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including job seekers, course learners, and test takers.
2Platform Description
JobPortal.pk provides a digital platform for job discovery, government exam preparation, and online learning. All job listings are sourced from official notifications and public announcements. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or exam success.
3User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use another user's account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.
4Accuracy of Job Listings
While we strive to keep all job listings accurate and updated, JobPortal.pk is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party job postings. Always verify job details directly with the hiring organization before applying. Last dates and eligibility requirements may change.
5Intellectual Property
All original content on JobPortal.pk including MCQ questions, course materials, explanations, and written content is owned by JobPortal.pk and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written permission.
6Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: scrape or harvest data from our platform, attempt to hack or disrupt our services, post false information or impersonate others, use our platform for any illegal purpose, or engage in spamming or phishing activities targeting other users.
7Payment & Refunds
Paid courses are charged one-time for lifetime access. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@jobportal.pk with your order reference.
8Limitation of Liability
JobPortal.pk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to missed job applications or exam results.
9Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan. International users acknowledge they are using a Pakistan-based platform.
